All products are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure that your meats arrive fresh and in perfect condition by Friday of that week. The only exception are overnight deliveries, which are shipped Thursdays also. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via curbside delivery. That means that the packages will be delivered to the recipient's address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door location if no one is present to accept the shipment. Please be sure to notify the gift recipient that a perishable gift will be delivered to them and to freeze or refrigerate all products as soon as possible upon delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx or UPS tracking number within 24 hours of the time your order ships. You can verify your estimated delivery date or track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number link in the body of the email you received from us, or by simply going to the FedEx or UPS websites respectively.      

Please Note: Express delivery methods may not be offered if the product regulations prevent air shipments. The cost of Express delivery methods includes standard shipping charges plus the cost of expediting the shipping process to ensure timely shipping.

AutoShip customers: If you choose express delivery for an Recurring Orders Program, only the first delivery will be sent via an express shipping method. The additional shipments will be shipped to arrive on time via standard delivery.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and none of our other mail carriers deliver on Sundays or major holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. Due to the import and export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside of the United States.
