HOW AUTO FULFILLMENT PROGRAM WORKS
Auto Fulfillment is a simple and convenient way to make sure you never run out of your favorite products. When you select our Recurring Orders program, we will automatically send and bill you for a new shipment on a regularly scheduled basis, the schedule you customized to fit your needs. Future orders will automatically be shipped every week, two weeks, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days as chosen or on a delivery schedule which meets your own personal needs.
You may also select the initial shipping date if the suggested schedule doesn't fit your needs. After your order has been placed if you need to make any changes, or even skip a shipment you can do so by calling our customer service. You may increase or decrease shipments depending on your own individual usage. You no longer have to worry about running out of your favorite items. We deliver them automatically to your door FRESH - when you want to receive them. It's easy and convenient!

WHAT IS THE START DATE?
The Auto Fulfillment Start Date is the date we'll ship your first delivery. Use the calendar to change the start date. Your credit card will not be billed until the item is actually shipped.
WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY?
The Auto Fulfillment frequency shows our recommendation on how often you should receive shipments of this item. You can change the frequency to have us ship more or less often. Your credit card will not be billed until each shipment is actually sent.

By signing up for our Auto Fulfillment Program, you automatically become part of the family who loves convinience when shopping. If your minimum committment exceeds $100 in auto-fulfilled orders every month for three consecutive months (or $300 in three months in total committment), we will automatically rebate 10% to you as part of our appreciation to loyal customers. You can use this coupon towards your next purchase at any of our Hub stores.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Simply place the order that you would like to receive on repetitive basis and fill out the form under "Contact Us."
1. Click "Contact Us" and fill out the form
2. Select "Recurring Orders" from the drop-down menu under "Subject"
3. Include your order number by typing it into the "Order No." field
4. Type in "Please repeat this order every [type in your frequency]
5. Click "Send Message"
We will automatically fulfill your request!
