Please note that express delivery methods may not be offered if the product regulations prevent air shipments. The cost of express delivery methods includes standard shipping charges plus the cost of expediting the shipping process to ensure timely shipping.

AutoShip customers: If you choose express delivery for a recurring orders program, only the first delivery will be sent via an express shipping method. The additional shipments will be shipped to arrive on time via standard delivery.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and none of our other mail carriers deliver on Sundays or major holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. There is an additional fee of $24 for all orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the import and export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside of the United States.

As you finalize your order, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:

STANDARD DELIVERY – Your package will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day you place your order. As you checkout and provide shipping address information, we will give you an approximate arrival date. If you need your package to arrive later, you will be given an opportunity to select a suitable date during checkout. Please note that the package will not be in transit for the full 7-10 days — none of our orders travel more than four (4) days from the time they are shipped from our facility.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is an additional $19.99 charge for this service. Orders placed after 4:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

STANDARD OVERNIGHT DELIVERY – Order by 4:00 a.m. (Central Time) weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon. Overnight delivery is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. There is an additional $39.99 charge for this service ($49.99 for Saturday delivery).
